We started with a simple idea that is still in our name: technology should be easy for the people who use it. Since 1995 that has meant fixing what breaks, explaining things in plain English and treating every client like a neighbour.
Technology has changed a lot since then, and so have the threats. Today most of our work is keeping businesses secure and running: 24/7 monitoring, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, backups, phones and networks, all for one flat monthly price. We still help families too, with our EasyCare home plans.
